Shipping Company
Shipping Time International // USA ?

After receiving your payment we will post your package within 1-2 business days

Depending on your package size and wishes, we ship with the following shipping companies:

± 2-4 business days*


Shipping time USA : ± 8 business days*

IMPORTANT!
We sometimes see customers using a third party shipper in the United States to get their package to South America. The use of a third party is at own risk! We take responsibility for the product and package to the Paypal shipping address only, not any further. We will not be responsible for the third party sending it to the location in South America! If damage/loss occurs we will need to be notified by the receiver of the Paypal address before he sends it to South America. After that we cannot do anything our shipping insurance only covers our part of shipping. So if you receive something damaged we will not be able to say if the third party shipped it wrong or we did, and you will need to resolve this with the third party.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be packed on Monday and scheduled for shipping.

Have you received a wrong or damaged product? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the sooner we can take action.

Payment options
Quality of parts

The condition of the parts is always clearly stated and indicated on the product images.

These are used parts sometimes over 30 years old, so there will be some traces of user marks.

Buyer should not don’t a brand new item unless clearly stated in the advertisement. We prefer that you ask for more information about a certain product and sent you more photo’s or a more detailed description if you are worried about quality. Please e-mail us with a link of the product.

Return used parts?

DE-teile.com mainly sells used parts.
Used parts can unfortunately not be returned.

These are rare parts that can be damaged quickly and cannot be replaced with a new one.

By placing an order you agree that you can no longer exchange the item.

Returns new products?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt (EU right of withdrawal).

Shipping costs for returning the order are for your own account.

If an item is damaged or shows traces of use, we can charge you for the depreciation.

To exercise this right, you can contact our customer service via info@de-teile.com.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. No refund will be send untill the product has been received by the company.
